Introduction. Patient safety in optimal working conditions of the surgeon is main task anesthesiology service. Neurovegetative homeostasis goal anesthesiologist [9, 19, 20, 49]. The depth anesthesia depends on a significant number exogenous endogenous factors. Many methods are used to assess function cardiovascular system, which contributes performance safe anesthesia. Much effect drug, but afferent noc- antinociceptive systems, behave extremely unstable, may require adjustment standard calculated dose. adequacy drugs technological means vital functions during sometimes difficult based monitoring methods, forces us consider surgical stress ANS. Maintaining balanced pharmacological protection all particular, autonomic nervous system (ANS) before, after great practical interest [7, 10].
